How Vesper works
One card per screen — what it's for, and what each button on it does.
Main
Your organization at a glance — open work across every group, plus what closed recently.
What you can do here
- Click a KPI card to open the matching filtered board.
- Search every task from the box in the header.
- Click any row to jump straight to that task.
Tasks
The active board for your group — everything that isn't done yet.
What you can do here
- New task — create work and set group, tier, owner and dates.
- View tabs — All, Mine, Working, Overdue, T1, Unassigned.
- Group by / Density — change how rows are stacked and how tight they sit.
- Columns — pick which fields the table shows.
- Save view — keep a filter combination you use often.
- Export — download the current board as CSV.
- Tick rows to get the bulk bar: status, tier, assign, nest, done, delete.
Live Events
Events whose start or end time is still TBD. Once both dates are set, the event moves itself onto the task board.
What you can do here
- New event — file a live event; dates can wait.
- AI import — paste a Slack thread or drop a screenshot, then review what was extracted before saving.
- View tabs — Today, Soon, Overdue, TBD.
My Day
Only what is assigned to you, ordered by what needs attention first.
What you can do here
- Change a status straight from the row.
- Open an item for the full detail and its comments.
Completed
Everything that reached Done, kept for history and reporting.
What you can do here
- Search and filter exactly like the task board.
- Reopen an item from its row menu if the work comes back.
- Export a date range as CSV.
Recurring
Rules that recreate the same task on a schedule — shift handovers, weekly checks, reports. Managers only.
What you can do here
- New rule — choose the task, the group and how often it repeats.
- Pause a rule instead of deleting it when you need a break.
- See when each rule last ran and when it runs next.
Analytics
Charts over your group's work — how much gets closed, how long it takes, and who is carrying what.
What you can do here
- Change the date range to compare periods.
- Filter by group to isolate one team.
- Hover any chart point for the exact numbers.
Custom dashboards
Saved boards built for a group — a filtered slice of the work with its own columns.
What you can do here
- Open one from the sidebar under your group.
- Managers create and edit them in Groups.
- Shared boards are visible to everyone in that group.
Controls you'll see on every board
These behave the same everywhere, so learning them once is enough.
What you can do here
- Tier — T1 is critical through T3 normal; T0 is FYI only and never sends reminders.
- Status — Pending, Working, Done. Click the pill to change it.
- Row menu — open the activity trail, or use More for the rest of the actions.
- Right-click a row for the same actions as a shortcut menu.
- Notification bell — top-right of every page; press N to open it.
- Help and feedback — bottom-right, next to the round accessibility button.
- Keyboard — ? for shortcuts, / to search, N for notifications, Alt+A for accessibility.
Common questions
What's the difference between an Organization and a Group?
The Organization is your company. A Group is a team inside it — NOC, Support, R&D, Management — with its own task pool. Management groups can see across all of them.
Why did my event disappear from Live Events?
That's by design: as soon as an event has both a start and an end date it stops being TBD and moves onto the task board.
Who can see what?
You see your own group. Managers also manage their group's boards, and organization admins see every group plus the admin settings.
Can I get it in Hebrew?
Yes — the whole interface is bilingual. Switch language in Settings; it follows you across devices.
How do I report a bug or ask for something?
Use the feedback button at the bottom-right of any page. It reaches us directly.
Still stuck?
Use the in-app feedback button for anything quick. For something that needs a human reply: adiel.label@rallyve.com
